Zoom chair based Postural Stability Instruction class meetings will run weekly on Tuesdays at 11am – 12:00pm.
Although this class is aimed at 50+ students the nature of the movements and exercises are also beneficial for some younger students.
Class content will include posture improvement, chair based exercises & movements. Some seated and standing work will be performed to improve strength and balance ending with a short relaxation. You will need a quiet space to move freely, a sturdy chair and suitable footwear. New students welcome but please get in touch before you book the class.
