Zoom Hatha Yoga class meetings will run weekly on Wednesdays at 11am – 12:30pm. Class content will include physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and Relaxation (Yoga Nidra) You will need a quiet space to move, a mat, a blanket, a block if you have one or a cushion and a yoga strap tie or scarf.
