Guided Relaxation & Meditation Info
At the end of every omfitness class I teach you some form of relaxation exercise or meditation technique. I am now working on relaxation and meditation audios for you to do at home ranging from passive progressive muscular relaxation to guided visualisations and specific ones such as relaxation to sleep well…relaxation for pain relief. I will also be doing a full Yoga Nidra meditation for all you Yogis. I will be making short relaxations that you can download or view on YouTube.
