Class available Mondays and Thursdays.
Class content will include some very enjoyable iMoveFreely techniques that will improve movement ability
and are fundamental to anyone who wants to move more freely, these will flow into specific Pilates exercises set at a moderate level to create functional strength, posture awareness & correction. I encourage a calm practice with emphasis on control, precision & breath. A true Mind Body class format, session ends with a short relaxation. I look forward to seeing you on your mat!
