I have been going to Jane’s classes for nearly three years now. Her virtual classes have been a life saver throughout lockdown. I attend Hatha Yoga and Pilates classes over Zoom every week. She is an excellent teacher, always providing various options for those who are more/less able. Her classes are always well run, she provides clear instructions on how to achieve the correct poses and extols the virtues for our mental and physical wellbeing, Janes classes are fun and she makes me smile.

If your one of those people sitting at home saying to yourself 'I really should do something' then give Jane a ring and get to a class! Age or fitness level is not a barrier, from your very 1st class you will feel better! Jane is an amazing teacher! Her Pilates classes have transformed me, I can move, I feel so much better and a lot more confident. - this has led me to also lose weight! Transferring to virtual Pilates sessions via Zoom has been incredible. I have found Jane’s instruction to be so personal as well as very enjoyable. I do not feel that I am on my own at home, however, but still part of a group as Jane works to include all participants inclusively. It seems so much easier for me to concentrate as I can both see and hear Jane effectively. She is virtually at my side and also my personal assistant as she always has been. As for the technology involved, even with average computer skills, it has been so simple because Jane and her partner have clearly worked hard to produce an intuitive and professional website. I have recently joined Jane’s Meditation and Relaxation finding this invaluable in the current situation. Relaxing has become easier due to her skilful approach to create visualisations in such a soothing and calming manner. Thank you Jane. You are amazing !

PSI Strength & Balanace

Class Details

This Class centres on senior students meeting their appropriate exercise needs with like minded people. The exercises, movements and activities are functional
and challenging. Some seated and standing work will be performed to improve strength and balance. Class ends with a short relaxation.

Tuesday on Zoom 11:00 - 12:00

Hatha Yoga

Class Details

These Yoga sessions are set at a moderate level, Proper form and alignment is encouraged throughout the class whilst improving strength/flexibility/balance/stamina and inner calm. The class will consist of basic and moderate poses, some poses are organised into a flow routine which the class will follow together. The class ends with breath work (pranayama) and a meditation/relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

iMoveFreely Pilates

Class Details

The iMovefreely program consists of techniques and exercises that have a proven success rate in helping low grade non-specific pain (including back pain) and also an improvement to back function, these easy to follow exercises precede Pilates Exercises to improve strength, mobility of joints, posture and breathing. The Exercises are performed laid on mats and free standing. Class ends with a short relaxation.
