I am committed to my passion and purpose in life which is to help create positive change's in a persons physical health & well being. I believe all Movement & Exercise are good for our bodies if they are suitable and performed correctly, but if we practice deliberate Movement & Exercise consciously and intentionally we will receive maximum Health benefits resulting in a more Flexible, Stronger, Resilient, Healthy and calmer you.

How Do I Join A Zoom Class?

Find the class you want to attend and click book, a confirmation email will be sent to you with the class joining details and link, you will also receive another follow up email  with the joining details one hour before the class starts.

Do I Need To Have A Zoom Account To Join A Class?

You will only need a Zoom account if you want to host your own meetings. So, if you intend to join as a participant only you do not need an account.

Where Can I Find The Zoom Join Details?

When you purchase a class ticket the Zoom joining details will be emailed to you. Please check your inbox for the class joining details and link which you need to click to join the class meeting.

Do I Need Different Joining Details For The Same Class Every Week?

No, the joining details for recurring class meetings will be the same. So, if you are doing the same class weekly you can use the same joining details you have already used.  However, you will need to purchase a new class ticket first.

Why Cant I Hear Any Audio?

Please make sure you have selected join with computer audio when you are prompted before joining the meeting. Audio can also be muted and unmuted within the Zoom meeting by going down to the microphone icon on the bottom left of your screen. Also, make sure your audio volume is turned up on your computer or device.

How Do I Pay For A Class?

Select the class you want to attend and purchase a ticket.

Is It Safe To Pay By Card, Should I Be Worried?

Not at all, card payments are taken through a secure payment gateway and all card details are encrypted and never shared anywhere. 

If I cant make my class can I transfer it to the following week?

Yes, of course please let us know and we will be happy to change your booking.

PSI Strength & Balanace

Class Details

This Class centres on senior students meeting their appropriate exercise needs with like minded people. The exercises, movements and activities are functional
and challenging. Some seated and standing work will be performed to improve strength and balance. Class ends with a short relaxation.

Tuesday on Zoom 11:00 - 12:00

Hatha Yoga

Class Details

These Yoga sessions are set at a moderate level, Proper form and alignment is encouraged throughout the class whilst improving strength/flexibility/balance/stamina and inner calm. The class will consist of basic and moderate poses, some poses are organised into a flow routine which the class will follow together. The class ends with breath work (pranayama) and a meditation/relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

Class Details

The iMovefreely program consists of techniques and exercises that have a proven success rate in helping low grade non-specific pain (including back pain) and also an improvement to back function, these easy to follow exercises precede Pilates Exercises to improve strength, mobility of joints, posture and breathing. The Exercises are performed laid on mats and free standing. Class ends with a short relaxation.
