We are now on Zoom, we have now moved from venues to online classes only.  Please get in touch if you have any questions. You need the Zoom app to join a class, the app can be downloaded from the button below.

You will be able to see all your class friends and me, but don’t worry you can still do the class if you don’t have a camera as you can still see and hear. I will guide you through the exercises and relaxation its just like doing your class but at home.

Its more important now than ever before to exercise our bodies, do some breathing techniques and practice relaxation/meditation,  Zoom will enable us to do this

Zoom imovefreely Pilates class meetings will run weekly on Monday’s at 11am – 12:30pm.
Class content will include imovefreely techniques, Pilates exercises and relaxation. You will need a quiet space to move freely. Existing omfitness students only, new students please get in touch.

Tuesday Strength & Balance

Zoom chair based Postural Stability Instruction class meetings will run weekly on Tuesdays at 11am – 12:00pm.
Class content will include posture improvement, chair based exercises & movements,  seated and standing, some balance practice and relaxation.  You will need a quiet space to move freely, a sturdy chair and suitable footwear. New students welcome but please get in touch before you book the class.

Wednesday Hatha Yoga

Zoom Hatha Yoga class meetings will run weekly on Wednesdays at 11am – 12:30pm.

Class content will include physical postures (Asanas), breathing exercises (Pranayama) and Relaxation (Yoga Nidra)

You will need a quiet space to move, a mat, a blanket, a block if you have one or a cushion and a yoga strap tie or scarf.

The class joining details will be made available to you after booking the class.

  • Jane has been my pilates instructor for over 12 years which is testimony in itself.
    She has gained increasing knowledge and skills over the years and passed this onto her students.
    Classes, although structured, Jane instinctively knows how the students are feeling and adapts the format to suit so every class is unique.

    Class Information

    This Class centres on senior students meeting their appropriate exercise needs with like minded people. The exercises, movements and activities are functional
    and challenging. Some seated and standing work will be performed, with a short balance workshop each class. Class ends with a short relaxation.

    omfitness Hatha Yoga

    Class Information

    These Yoga sessions are set at a moderate level, Proper form and alignment is encouraged throughout the class whilst improving strength/flexibility/balance/stamina and inner calm. The class will consist of basic and moderate poses, some poses are organised into a flow routine which
    the class will follow together. The class ends with breath work and a meditation/relaxation.

    Class Information

    The iMovefreely program consists of techniques and exercises that have a proven success rate in helping low grade non-specific pain (including back pain) and also an improvement to back function, these easy to follow exercises precede Pilates Exercises to improve strength, mobility of joints, posture and breathing. The Exercises are performed laid on mats and free standing. Class ends with a short relaxation.
